Once you have made contact with us, via the web form, we will be in touch to arrange when you'd like to bring the Guitar, Amp, Pedal or other equipment to us for an initial checkover. This checkover is free of charge.
We will take a look at the problem, and advise a cost based on the time we forecast the item will need to be on the workbench, and the component parts cost to repair your item. If you'd like us to proceed with a repair we can then book it in, and if you decide against the repair we will make the item available for you to collect from us again.
Our current bench rate is £60 for the first hour. Subsequent time is then charged in 15 minute intervals.
Parts are charged at cost.
